When we think about the underlying purpose of the DSG experience for Korn Ferry, it really boiled down to one thing, and that was how do we connect our clients’ business strategy to their talent strategy?  That became the cornerstone for the entire process, for us. Again, working with DSG, we came up with a whiteboard methodology that effectively goes through seven steps, to take a client through their business strategy, the connectivity to their talent strategy, the gap between, and then leading them through how Korn Ferry could potentially be a partner to help them with some of those needs.
